The following points could help to solve the problem:

• Make sure that ELLY is connected to an internet-enabled W-Lan and
  Your smartphone is also connected to the internet.
• Check ELLY's W-Lan connection and restart the module if necessary (unplug and plug in again).
• If necessary, reset ELLY to factory settings and configure it again.

Yes, there are regular updates. Please check regularly whether an update is available so that you benefit from the current version of the app.

No, ELLY is operated using an included power supply unit. The cable of the power supply is about 2.5 meters long.

Yes, you can rent ELLY for €29.90 a month and only 2 months commitment: Here you come to rent.

Shipping within the EU and any returns are always free. There are no shipping costs for you.

You are entitled to the statutory return period of 14 days (see FAGG). However, we offer you a voluntary, extended return period of 30 days (see terms and conditions). After the return period has expired
the general warranty obligation applies, which depends on the respective recipient country. An additional guarantee is not given by us.

ELLY is classified as a lamp and has the CE mark. ELLY is not a medical device!

We currently do not cooperate with any health insurance company or insurance company, which means that such billing is currently not possible.

No registration or login is required to use the app. The product processes data completely anonymously and saves it on a server in the EU. However, there will be none
personal data saved when using the app!
